Dirty bedsheets, curtains etc. Within 5-minutes, we vacated it. It too terrible. Very bad experience, we had in our life

I had very terrible experience with this hotel. it is located in such a conjusted place that even an auto could not go there. I was given a room which was in a very pathetic condition with no lights in washroom, toilet flush was not working, there was no bucket and mug even. when I objected to this they said that they don't have any other room as all were occupied. there was no locking in the main door of the room. they said that they used that room temporarily for their staff. I checked out immediately within half an hour of check in. As I had paid the whole amount in advance I am struggling to get refund from hotel management. Hotel staff behavior was also very bad. I advise all not to book this hotel.
