It was terrible experience at this hotel we change total 3 rooms in a single day first ones was having broken mattress 2 nd room we found lots of ants on bed and 3 rd rooms washbasin tap was broken overall total waste of money rooms was also not clean

Bed sheet are too bad ......

The location is good but the property is shabby. AC was not working. Food service was horrible. The main shortfall noticed was the following. 1. The room was untidy dust accumulated in the floor Mopping with wet cloth not doing 2. ⁠ Bedsheet was very bad. Many stains in that. 3. ⁠ blanket is terrible. Stains and dirt in that. 4. ⁠ headboard of the court was full of dust particles. 5. ⁠ mosquitoes are plenty inside the room. 6. ⁠ in washroom no cleaning is happening. Especially in the drain, full of dirt. 7. ⁠ water closet and basin is not clean. 8. ⁠ unable to touch the basic tabs because of dirt. 9. ⁠ three floor to climb. No lift. 10. ⁠ in night, sleep is disturbed because it is adjacent to road highway. so the sound of the vehicles back to back disturbing sleep 11. ⁠ window AC has big sound. No remote to control. Instead of switch, we need to off AC by operating switch in DB. 12. ⁠ myself purchased a new bedsheet and blanket, and used to that instead of their. 13. ⁠ I stayed in the room only because of my work site is walkable distance to this room 14. ⁠the room cost is only 800, which is comparatively low. But if they keep this room neat and clean, they can charge 1000 For that they need to spend for the housekeeping staff only which is comes below hundred per room per cleaning. 15. ⁠ ask the owner of this property to give focus on housekeeping staff for make it neat and clean. The tiles and closets sanitary and taps are good, but due to the lack of housekeeping, it is felt bad

The room was in fourth floor. No lift. Very steep stairs. The area of the reception counter, there was used, housekeeping materials, room has kept visible. The boy and the counter is not interested to talk. Rude behaviour. After waiting sometime again, climbed one more floor and showed the room. Bedsheet and with low cover fast, full of stains bathroom was not clean. The room was taken in the terrace floor of a building, and it was open to sky when the room opens the open was full of dust. Makemytrip need to ensure that the bedsheet and blanket should be neat and clean without stains. Also the bathroom. It is a minimum requirement.

No, ac. No geyser. And only tv no connection in tv. And reception boy is too rude. Hotel name is iris lite not twevam. And it is difficult to find out too.

Below average room. Impossible to find the hotel via location. Hotel reception is pathetic and so careless
