It was very pathetic experience for me and family at this hotel. Actually it's not a hotel. If you want to punish your family, then take your family here. Room and Bathroom are very small, dirty, unhygienic and shabby. Staff are not cooperative. The area where this hotel is located is also not good for family and connectivity. DONT EVER PLAN YOUR STAY HERE.

rooms were pathetic.. washroom doesn’t have door and dirty… i was not able to stay there even for 5 hours.. i booked another hotel for my family.. my room was having breakfast but hotel said that breakfast was not included in package…

At first the hotel staff gave dirty room and then after complaining to manager they give me a ok ok room. The bed sheets and pillow cover not clean, smell coming from it. Facing such experience, i couldn't even want to order anything from this hotel. Makemytrip, please do not promote these staying option. Shutup

this is a very bad experience in this hotel, Staff charges the free amenities like - dental kit. Room was not clean bad sheet was not clean As per booking breakfast was including but they denied the same.
