Our stay was very pleasant. Room was clean, staffs and service were very good. We reached on Vijayadashami 02 nd October and hotel restaurant was closed on that day and found little difficult for night dinner and there is no nearby good restaurants also. Had to order dinner online. Otherwise everything was good.

This is my 2nd stay at this hotel & they never let me down. Rooms are very comfortable, clean & good stay on personal or business trip. They have attached pure veg restaurant & food is just amazing.

I recently had a pleasure of Staying at this beautiful property in Old Goa, from the moment I arrived , the warm hospitality and impeccable service made me feel amazing ! Rooms are Spacious and well maintained, offering a perfect blend of modern comfort and Goan Charm

Property is located in a very calm locality surrounded by trees on one side. Rooms were very clean n tidy. Amenities provided were very good. 24hrs hot water was available for bathing. Bathrooms were clean n tidy. Hotel staff including that of restaurant was very co-operative. Hotel management will be starting in-house restaurant full time in the coming days as currently it is on trial basis as understood. But overall food along-with the breakfast was excellent. Try out the chefs special dishes as we tried ordering the same & the taste was awesome. Overall this hotel stay for 2 days was excellent. Would consider visiting the place on my next visit as well.

As per hotel, it says it's near old goa church, which is practically incorrect, as by walk it will take 20 -30 mins. And there is no auto or cab facility, which then forces you to avail a cab, depending on the hotel. Transportation is a huge issue, so please don't forget to avail a self driven car or any other transportation before you reach the hotel. Our return was from madgaon railway at 7. 30pm, but hotel forced us to check out 11pm per their rule even without considering that we had elderly n small kids with us. No food facility available n the hotels are also far away n the food provided is also not good. Even the dominos we ordered from the app, tasted bad

An average place with highly overpriced rooms (due to the influx of tourists coming for exposition. Do not get carried away by the complimentary breakfast which they make sure not to refill the serving bowls in time so that guests keep waiting and manage with what remains. Rooms are offered without toiletries and bath towels unless you ask for them. To summarise, think of it only if you do not find a place elsewhere.

The stay at the hotel was completely satisfying. Neat and clean room and toilet, all facilities provided at reasonable rate. Ample parking space available. Overall great stay at old goa.

My booking was confirmed but denied by the hotel management staff. The staff are very unprofessional. Never recommending to anyone.

The location is good and near to karmali railway station with bus stop is nearby. The room was very nice and with clean bathrooms. You need to order food outside and no restaurant. We extended half day because of train late and there they gave a bad room after taking 1500 extra.
