West of money worsted rooms and availability of services..i stay this hotel with family but worst experience..

Nice hotel with a cozy room and perfect room service by alok and easy checkin checkout process managed by vayu thankyou for the perfect stay

Rooms are stinky badsheet pilos are stinky and dirty pool are full of sand and dirt. I booked it for 3 nights but checked out next morning paid for 3 nights but this is the most worst experience staying there.. don't book on basis of photograph.

Stay is very poor. Not suitable for couples I have booked premium stay but they gave me a Norma room

Cheap location and and rooms service and room cleaning is very bed, breakfast is not good the food is cold

The property is in a terrible state—completely unmaintained and filthy. The rooms smelled awful, as if they hadn’t been cleaned properly in ages. The bathrooms were just as bad, with broken fixtures and a lack of basic hygiene standards. The staff's behavior only made things worse. They were rude, unprofessional, and completely unhelpful. Any concerns we raised were ignored or brushed off, leaving us feeling frustrated and unwelcome. The common areas, including the pool, were dirty and uninviting. Even the so-called "beachfront" is far form beach no view at all, also area was poorly kept, littered with trash, and far from the relaxing experience we had hoped for. This place is a far cry from the paradise Goa is known for. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this resort at all costs. To make matters worse, the owner was extremely rude and dismissive. Despite all the issues we faced, he refused to acknowledge our concerns or provide any refund. If maintaining basic hygiene and standards is beyond your capability, you should not be accepting bookings in the first place.

This was our worst hotel stay ever. The rooms are dirty, the washrooms are unhygienic, infact we were so disappointed that we left this hotel and booked another one without even receiving the refund, and the hotel staff couldn't care less about it. I have been to Goa 9 times and most hotels always meet the basic requirements quite well, even if they are not fancy, but this hotel is an exception by a big margin. It has a feel of a seedy pahargang hotel at Delhi railway station. I would highly recommend to avoid it.

Poor stay, rooms were smelling, parking is quite far away, water not coming in morning, rooms dirty, staff not cooperative

Romm is not good and we get water morning after 9 am

cleanliness: when i checked in room was not clean. I went out and when I came back in evening, they cleaned it. However they didn't clean it properly. there were dirty spot all around in bathroom. Bathroom pot had lots of yellow spot. same for the washroom sink. Now the horror part. Next day when I asked to clean again, they tried to clean all that, did a decent job but the same guy who washed the pot also washed the glasses given to us. imagine our horror he is washing potty and then using the same hand to wash glass. we refused to use. he replaced the glasses but we saw them putting these extremely unhygienic glass back in their store room without sending to wash. Room service was not good. couldn't get fresh towel. hotel owner had to come to room to deliver itself 2. Pool: it was good and maintained. 3. Food: Very limited option. considering they charged a lot for the stay. 4. Location: very near to candolim beach. 5. Food: Their food although little costly but cheaper to nearby other hotels. probably because they are slightly off road. you have to wait a bit as there is hardly any customer. 6. 6k per night. please do not book this room you will get much much better rooms nearby. they are getting booked at this price beacuse It is coming on top on search. I don't why is recommending this.

I have booked a family sea view suite. They allotted me a small room when i checked in. The next day i fought for the room that i had booked but the property owner told me that their relatives are staying and they will be checked out at 5:00pm after that i can check in my booked room. The property is too old. The swimming pool is not maintained. There were too many insects flowing. However housekeeping staff were cooperative and breakfast was satisfactory.

Rooms are not clean, walls, wardrobe are dirty. Falls ceiling is broken. Balcony raling are rusted.

Worst hotel for family stay. Otherwise staff was cooperative. They arranged alternative property
