I had booked 2 rooms for my guests. the kind of experience they had is horrible empty Alcohol bottles were there in the rooms and many rats were in the room. when informed to the hotel staff no action was taken poor my guest dint say anything to me next day when they checked out and i came to know about this it was very embarrassing situation for me

The service at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The room was in terrible condition, with a bad smell throughout, and the washroom was equally unpleasant and poorly maintained. The staff's behavior was abusive and overbearing, which was completely unacceptable. Despite having paid in advance, they demanded extra money and even pressured me to check out before 10:00 am, which was unexpected and unprofessional. Overall, it was a very unpleasant experience.
