The room was very comfortable and I had a great time staying there.

A really pleasant stay at UMR superio, spacious clean rooms and service, supportive host Ayush caretaker Kailash and special thanks to Shubham. Location wise it’s superb with near by transportation, Market, Restaurants Medical etc also near by famous Delhi monuments and places to visit within 10-15 km range. In short had a wonderful time with family at UMR Superior kids loved the place felt like home at Delhi

The self service thing dont keep alot of expectations

Everything good but could not understand it's airbnb or hotel for reason of service provided. Its clean well maintained property.

The owner is reluctant to any feedback. it's the only stay I have ever regretted after booking with mmt. When my dad asked about the check out time, the staff replied that we have to vacate at 11 in the morning. our flight was at 6. they did not even provide a pouge where we could sit for the time being. when requested they said they can arrange a stay at different property but with no access to washroom. I can still make peace with that they could not provide a place for us to sit for few hours but what bothered me was the goon like tone and attitude. we were already troubled as it was my doctor visit to aiims and was booked urgently. the owner did not even bother to check with us. my dad is a senior citizen and I'm a patient. never have I felt this unsafe in a stay. pros 1. near to aiims 2. kitchen is equipped 3. near to eateries cons: 1.the staff behaves rudely. almost goon like 2. rooms are not cleaned 3. owner does not accept responsibility fir actions rather indulged into an argument with me over google reviews. don't stay here for your peace of mind. there are way better stays at cheaper price

Stay was good and comfortable. Location was good near to green park metro station which took max 5 min. Lastly Caretaker was also helpful. Regarding food it was also good provided by caretaker (breakfast or lunch/dinner).

Niranjan was a great host and took care of everything and made sure our stay was comfortable and the facilities were top notch

I came with my friend to attend conference in aims. Um f is very near to aims. It's a full deal, i got neat and clean room, very helpful caretaker and host, parking, ac, fully equipped kitchen and wifi. Totally recommended homestay in south delhi. The apartment under my roof superio is very well maintained and posh. Well done ! reasonable prices.

There is no mobile network in this area there are no restaurants nearby so we have to order everything on swiggy / zomato no taxi / auto stand nearby we have to order on uber/ola even though there are multiple fast wifi facilities, to get otp or call someone or receive calls, we need mobile network. I had bsnl sim my parents had airtel, none of us got network within the hotel. People who are new to delhi, i do not recommend this hotel

The place is very well-maintained, tidy and well-equiped with almost everything one needs during the stay. The shared spaces are huge and quite comfortable. The private room and washroom are quite hygienic and have good ambience. The caretaker niranjan was very helpful too. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Truly one of my best stay experiences in delhi. All boxes ticked - quiet area, closer to the metro station, clean and comfortable stay, very helpful people. Niranjan ji - the caretaker, helped us through and through, was always available and did the smoothest check in and check out ) i look forward to staying here many more times.

It was a pleasant stay. The caretaker, niranjan, was very helpful and took care of everything nicely. He is also a great cook. Made nice and hygienic food. We checked in late at night and he helped us with the directions very well. Would recommend to all.

Every thing is ok but lift 🛗 is not working,they gave in 3 Rd floor
