My stay at this hotel was nothing short of appalling. The overall experience—from the facilities to the service—was deeply unsatisfactory, but what stood out most was the conduct of the management and ownership, which was disturbingly unprofessional and manipulative. From the outset, the atmosphere was tainted by blatant hypocrisy, misleading assurances, and a disturbing lack of accountability. The owners, in particular, displayed a level of arrogance and disregard for guest well-being that I have rarely encountered. Their approach was not only dismissive but, at times, bordered on coercive. What was most infuriating was being forced into a checkout under pressure, followed by an arbitrary and unjustifiable imposition of full-night charges for a delay of barely an hour—an act that reflects the hotel’s exploitative policies rather than any legitimate service standard. This establishment operates on a foundation of deception and profiteering, with a complete absence of basic hospitality ethics. The staff appeared either powerless or complicit, contributing to a deeply frustrating and hostile environment. In all honesty, I regret every moment spent here and strongly advise future guests to reconsider. The mental exhaustion caused by this stay is not worth the price—regardless of what’s advertised.
