Poor Stay

So there was no board of fab hotel or well stay written anywhere which made it look really shady. The property's number was also not reachable. I spent 40 minutes simply locating and figuring out the property. I had a horrible experience. The property smelled really bad too. That's it. Kinda shady.

when I reached they said they all filled and didn't have a room and wanted me to go to a different property nearby. I insisted that if I had booked here and you had not cancelled then you are supposed to give me the room and after sometime they give me a room and that was very bad. Nothing matched the photos they have posted and the aesthetic of the room is very poor. It felt unhygienic and the people managing that property were very unprofessional.

"disappointing stay: not up to 3-star standards"

familyI stayed at this hotel expecting a 3-star experience, but unfortunately, it fell short in several areas. The rooms we were given were vastly different from the photos. The blankets lacked covers and were dusty, the cupboards were dirty, no hand towels were provided, and the toilet seat cover didn’t fit properly. The tv was non-functional, merely serving as a decoration. The elevator had an unpleasant smell, and the room was windowless and poorly lit. On the positive side, the food was good and reasonably priced, and the staff was attentive. The elevator was in working condition, though. When we brought the room issues to the staff's attention, they mentioned that the photos were from a different room that was already occupied. Despite these positives, the overall experience didn't live up to a 3-star standard. my stay was disappointing. Based on my experience, i would rate it 2 stars.
