Terrible Stay

Hotel Luxe is not operational. It was a shocker when we reached the hotel and found that the property was locked with nobody insight. Checked nearby shops and was informed that the property is not operational. However when this issue was raised with MMT, they immediately arranged for an alternate accommodation within 5 kms. This whole circus left me feel both angry and satisfied. Angry cause of the hotel lockout but satisfied with the MMT staff response.
