Hotel paradise inn karolbagh seems to be one of the better ones for that budget range. Front desk and other staff was courteous, helpful in nature.

Overall experience
Centrally located in karol bagh. Convenience for those to visit sir ganga ram hospital, karol bagh market. Restaurants are walking distance, metro station too. Room was okayish for money paid however due to location convenience definitely recommended.

Terrible Stay
- not worth the price we paid for rooms. We realized that room rate when booked directly at front desk is +gst on ep. to mention about the hotel - very old towels were kept & they were stinking bad and were damp. They were no better than doormats. - showers were not working, taps were dispensing luke warm water in this cold weather. - floor in the room was not clean. - half of the ceiling lights were not working - sockets were very old & charger adapters would not fit/come out of the socket. - toilets were no better than government public toilets. - no paper roll in the toilet - commode seat cover would slip all the time. - no complimentary drinking water in the room. - no cutlery.

Very high tariff very poor facilities
This property is just ok. Only advantage is its good location and easy reach to public transport system. Other wise rooms are just ok. Only 500 ml water bottles. In such cold weather no room heaters. Hotel does not have its restaurant. Very limited paid food options. Morning breakfast was below average. No options. One can get much better Hotel for the rates paid. I would not recommend this property.
