The washroom and room are not cleaned. Hot water is not available. Drinking water was not provided 2nd time. Mirror is not available in room ( only in washroom). Lift is too smalle,accommodate only 2 people with luggage. Staff is not courtesies

I had a very disappointing stay at Saltstayz Premier. The service was extremely poor – we requested basic toiletries for the room and even after multiple follow-ups, they were delayed unnecessarily. The cleanliness was also unacceptable; we noticed bed bugs on the floor, which made the stay very uncomfortable. On top of that, the food was below average and not worth the price. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable or pleasant experience.
