The room had lizard shit at 3 different points, including the bed One of the lights in room 307 was flickering One of the wiaters was very very rude and intrusive They have the kitchen on the rooftop and the restaurant at the ground floor with only one lift. The breads were already like leather when they reached the restaurant.

See the first thing they haven’t provided me the proper service, and then the food was so expensive and it was not up to the mark or it was not properly cooked and the customisation also was not available the Nandha the Paras which they gave it is very hard, we can’t even digest. I got food poison after having from therethe hotels bed and then the bedsheet everything it was thinking and then we can see a lot of cockroaches moving around so being a such kind of hotel doing this, we can’t accept and the AC also turned off every time we need to turn it on in midnight and I stayed there for 10 days. The experience was very bad. Don’t recommended to anyone.

The hotel is in Naraina and close to Rajouri Market yet the rooms are not maintained properly . No toileteries provided in the washroom, its just old apartment with some rooms being run for commercial purpose
