It is not a hotel and very dirty, no Wi-Fi, Also they don’t clean, don’t change mattresses and don’t care about any complain.

I recently stayed a night at Twamev Residency in Uttam Nagar, and unfortunately, it was quite a disappointing experience. The cleanliness was a major issue. The room was not well-maintained at all. The blanket had stains and there was a noticeable unpleasant smell. I couldn’t use the blanket at all, so I had to turn off the AC even though it was quite hot, just to avoid feeling too cold. The AC had no remote and was set to a single low temperature around 17 degrees, which I couldn’t adjust. On top of that, the bedsheets and pillows seemed like they hadn’t been washed for ages and had visible stains. Throughout the night, there were noises in the hallway, people knocking on doors, and even shouting from folks who seemed intoxicated. Overall, it was a very unpleasant stay. I just wanted to share this in a straightforward way for anyone considering this hotel. I hope they improve their service and cleanliness.

first your staff is un educated and I called 5 times for water but they did not give me water, then I waited for 30 minutes and just checked out, I am very disappointed Your reception is so dirty and there are so many bad boys in your staff girl also plz change your staff and do clean and hygiene

While I reached at this property late night 1 am dt 31/05/25 and asked to the reception for allowing my room they denied it, and told that they have not any vacant room as well as they didn't respond about my request. Even they didn't return my money. Eventually I asked taxi driver to drop anyone hotel, he charged 800 more and I have paid 1800 for my stay to another hotel at Mahipalpur area.
