Hotel Twamev residency Uttam Nagar couple friendly

Terrible I tell u. The lock on the door broken. Had to use the one on the top. Had to use the table everytime to open n close. N as the main lock was broken. Had to go out leaving my things in the room with the door open. bathroom dirty. Flush does not even work. N told me to check out 1 hr earlier than it was mentioned here.

The rooms are very dirty and small. The curtains are dirty and the worst part is that too many mosquitoes you can't live in the room.

I stayed at Twamev Residency for a 3-day trip, and it was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. The management is completely disorganized and rude. After just one day, they canceled my booking and demanded an extra ₹600 per day, despite the original booking – absolutely unacceptable! The room was disgusting: beds were dirty, pillows smelled foul, and the room had not been cleaned properly. To make matters worse, I found a used condom under the bed, which is absolutely shocking and unhygienic. The staff were very rude, unhelpful, and had zero sense of professionalism. I felt extremely uncomfortable and unsafe during my stay. Overall, this hotel is a complete nightmare. I strongly do NOT recommend Twamev Residency to anyone. Save your money and stay somewhere else!

It is not a hotel and very dirty, no Wi-Fi, Also they don’t clean, don’t change mattresses and don’t care about any complain.

I recently stayed a night at Twamev Residency in Uttam Nagar, and unfortunately, it was quite a disappointing experience. The cleanliness was a major issue. The room was not well-maintained at all. The blanket had stains and there was a noticeable unpleasant smell. I couldn’t use the blanket at all, so I had to turn off the AC even though it was quite hot, just to avoid feeling too cold. The AC had no remote and was set to a single low temperature around 17 degrees, which I couldn’t adjust. On top of that, the bedsheets and pillows seemed like they hadn’t been washed for ages and had visible stains. Throughout the night, there were noises in the hallway, people knocking on doors, and even shouting from folks who seemed intoxicated. Overall, it was a very unpleasant stay. I just wanted to share this in a straightforward way for anyone considering this hotel. I hope they improve their service and cleanliness.
