Honestly, I had a pretty disappointing stay at this property. The room wasn’t well maintained — the bathroom door wouldn’t close properly and overall cleanliness could have been much better. What really made it worse was that the hotel staff were playing loud music just outside my room late in the evening, and even after telling them not to, they continued. The in-house restaurant was closed during my entire stay, so there was no option to get even basic food or tea. To top it off, there was no hot water available, which made things quite uncomfortable. Overall, a poor experience — definitely not worth the price and I wouldn’t recommend this place to others.

The room was not cleaned properly, and the bed also did not seem hygiene as there were hairs of the previous customers and some random spots on the pillow cover, and in the toilet and bathroom area they didn't provided any toiletries like toothpaste or soap gor handwash and bathing, also the toilet seat was dirty. The room service was not on point if you ask them now they will provide it after 30min to 1hr.

Even though we booked it for the whole day / night when checked in the hotel on the morning of subsequent day, room was not ready, horrible staff and their behaviour, kept us waiting. No proper Parking of vehicle. Very poor

property location is wrong. they gives their location of hotel is wrong. when I am going to hotel to their provided location I go 3 km away from original hotel location . I am confused find their location

Pleasant stay without any inconvenience nice staff and ambience service was good. Spent two days and it was nice and no issues have been faced so far everything was good and we had a nice day

Wrong hotel location. And no reply by hotel on contact no given by mmt. It took us about 2 hrs to search the hotel. Google location of hotel is also wrong.

Poor room and washroom, no room service, no house keeping, poor reception and not showing location in google map, not responding to phone number if we are calling, even after everything they took extra money for room heater in this chilling winter. Pathetic management and low grade staff.

Ac was not there as written in the specifications rest was all good. Staff and manager were all polite.
