At the time of check in I noticed that water is running in washroom there was leakage on toilet pot. I complaint but it was not actioned by hotel staff. In the morning water not coming in washroom and they ask me to use another washroom in ground floor. No one will like to stay in a room and using other room's washroom.

Terrible Stay
Unheigienic, Room untidy, no proper hospitality, im-mature behaviour of staff. At least OYO management should look to improve it much better.

WATER // LEFT PROBLEM
OVER ALL HOTEL WAS NICE ///// but staff need to be more polite /// HAVING HUGE ISSUES WITH NOT GETTING WATER PROPERLY . Left was also not working properly. NEED TO BE MORE SHARP IN SOME PLACE .

pathetic of all oyo townhouse in india
The room ,bathroom aand all the bedsheets and mats were bad.The body wash and others were not clean and filled.The manager was dumb,they’ve refused to refund atleast a partial amount.Many of the other room guests told the same.All my colleagues felt bad as i have influenced them to stay in the oyo townhouse.

Food
Complimentary breakfast given on booking is good but when i ordered something besides that, then it was partially cooked which gives the raw taste of dish.

Though safety standard is good but still required improvement in staff hygiene and room sanitisation. All other things are good in low rent in metro city.

Not clean room
coupleRoom was very dirty and damp. Bed sheets were also not clean and I could literally See dust and dirty finger print on it

soloThe hotel located a good 12 km from the Airport and not 2.6 km as shown in the website. Apart from that everything's great.

Stay was not good, it was just average
If you are looking for budget hotels near IGI, CyberHub, MG Mall then this is perfect location, otherwise you have lots if others options too. Already shared a lot about issues but they don't care. I just use this hotel because it's very cheap and I trust and location is perfect for me.

Excellent Stay
Thanks to the front office staff-Kunal, Salman and Akash. I stayed for 6+ days, useless breakfast was same all 7 days which needs a big improvement.

All thing were excellent
I stayed there for 1 night and all the things are good like breakfast and the service, hotel staff but parking should be in more secure place but hotel have the things like they have geyser as well on the washroom.
