Terrible Stay
I booked 2 rooms for 4 persons, but the person handling concert it into 1 room having for 4 persons

Due no availability of DX ROOM for 2person, it was requested to take the Family suite for 4ps to avoid any further harrasmebmnt of the guest. We never force the guest to take any other room. It is only due to non availability of room.

After booking for a certain amount, the property is asking for extra money for the same booking. If you refuse to pay, they say they will not provide your room. The rooms are very congested—you can't walk around the bed because it is situated in one corner where you can't stand properly. The curtains are positioned in a way that anyone outside can see inside, forcing you to keep the lights off. If you turn the lights on, people outside can see everything you are doing inside the room. Additionally, the lights are not placed near the bed, making it difficult to charge your devices.

Sir, You booked Standard room, due not availability of Standard room we offer upgraded room with very nominal charges just to avoid the further inconvience to our guest we never forced to take the room . So far consusted room is concerned any one can measure the room size 18 ×16 . It is family hotel till date no any family complained about transparent curtain of course it has become old it will be replaced within 15 days. The which was given to you it was already under renovation you can see the photos some open ac pike is there .Even inconvenience is regretted 🙏
