Excellent Stay
Prime location, affordable, Nice clean and hygienic rooms, courteous staff, round the clock room service (I ordered at 1am and got piping hot meals within 20 minutes) what more can you ask for ?

Poor Stay
when we reached the hotel at 6.15pm the rooms were not ready n we had to wait, secondly there was no drinking water in the room and on request was told that we had kept water in the morning which was consumed by the previous person, also we were given twin beds and only one room was with double bed. so how do you expect a couple to have a twin bed. Not happy and will not recommend to anyone

Dear Guest, firstly we would like to apologize for any sort of inconvenience you had at our hotel. Guest satisfaction & comfort is our top most priority. But on the day of your check-in, our hotel was completely sold out. You had a 3 room booking and it is clearly mentioned on Goibibo & MMT apps that Deluxe rooms are Twin-Bed and Double bed sharing options. Room allotment is purely on first-come-first-serve basis and it depends on availability, which room will be allotted to you. You reached in evening, and guests had late checkouts hence it took us time to prepare the room, our staff must have forgotten to keep the water bottles in hurry. We understand it is a hotel and everyone expects perfection but we would request you to be more considerable towards others. Staff is working 24/7 are also humans, hence they can make small mistakes. We apologize again on management's behalf. We would love if you could give us a second chance and visit our hotel again. Thanks. Regards!

Had a great experience staying at the hotel, The location is bang on the service lane, well connected, the room is spacious,neat and clean, the food delicious, and the staff warm and friendly

Unprofessional, not worth the money.
It started of with them issuing a bad key, an attender did come with me to show me the room, inserted the key into the socket, and switched on the ac. But when I wanted to use the washroom, the lights wouldn't come on. When I call the reception and complain, the same fellow came with another key. This time, may more lights came on in the room. So very unattendive of him for not having noticed it the first time. The next morning, there was no water, not no hot water - the taps had run dry! And the kettle wasn't working! I couldn't make my morning coffee. Good location , but terrible hotel.

as I am coming to this area so i know this property, except location it didnot meant my expectation....whole room ,washroom and passage is like 1000 rupees tarrif hotel . Even the door didn't get locked when it was meant to be ..otherwise as if it is like this it should not be more than 2200- 2500 per night

Poor Stay
Except the location nothing else was good.. Breakfast had very limited options and was horrible. The bed linen was stinking and smelling very badly. Towels were not fresh. Found spiders and cockroaches in the rest rooms. Furniture inside the room was very old even though the exterior of the building was modern. Will never ever recommend this property in Delhi.

Being a 3 star boutique hotel, we try our best to provide a good breakfast spread, however, your expected a better spread like the 5 stars. We'll work on that and include more items. All linen provided was fresh but since you did not like it, our supervisor changed it on the spot. We have already opted for pest control to overcome the issue of insects. Our hotel was recently renovated in 2023 and all furniture is in line with current situation but nonetheless we apologize for all the inconvenience caused. Dear Guest, our property is located on a main road & there is ample parking space available in the service lane as well as 2 car parking right on the hotel porch. We wonder why you faced an issue which is not an actual issue. Also we have 24/7 guard available at property- a day and a night security person. We would request you to not post such false reviews for any property. Stay was OK.
The location is good. But, room is not that clean. The washroom was also not cleaned properly. Breakfast options are also very limited.
