Overall my experience is terrible with this hotel they don’t have hot running water rooms are smelly completely not worth it.

please do not book this hotel,no inhouse kitchen available they purchase outside food and the food is horrible,no clean bathroom and room.

property location is good, there is parking available, staff is cordial, room was clean and tidy, everything was prim and proper, safe too. overall good stay, no complaints

I had a very unpleasant experience at this hotel. The toilets were not clean, and the room was dirty and smelled bad. It was clear that proper cleaning had not been done before check-in. This made the stay very uncomfortable. I would not recommend this place unless they seriously improve their hygiene and cleanliness standards.

Booked two rooms In may ac not working tv not working after complaint many times with hotel no action taken. Morning water logging in room. Flush is not working. Food is very bad after order collected ftom outside.

There was damping in the wall with no ventilation leading to weird smell and unhygienic conditions. Staff was nice but i was not able to stay there for even a single day

There was no hot water as their machines were not functioning no one told at the time of check in and when complained they told after several reminders it didn’t work and i was given a hot water rod to put in bucket. There was smelly and unwashed linen only 01 towel was kept and when i asked for 02nd towel he said we don’t have extra towel though the booking was on dbl occupancy pathetic service no water bottle was kept in the room. I need refund for this stay

Average property food was outsourced and room quality was not as per mark. No towels in rooms bathroom was also not good
