Food: 9/10 Location: 6/10 ( bit inside and a narrow route) Amenities: 9/10 (value for money) Services: 9/10 Just faced small dispute while checking out. MMT says 2 hrs late check out but the hotel staffs had asked us to check out at the standard time. I thought to raise the dispute but since our purpose was not getting affected so I let it go.

The hotel room was not as mentioned in the app. The linen was dirty even though after changing linen was dirty. First They tried to send me to a nearby hotel of theirs but when I resisted only then the room in this hotel was given. Poor service and dirty hotel.

Area was fine. Had ample of food and shopping options. but hotel does not provide any complimentary things they said. no kettle was provided even after asking. no complimentary tea. mini bar was altogether missing from room. so either hotel is lying or make my trip. bed sheets were so bad. almost oil or don't know what marks. rooms were spacious not not clean. wont recommend for long stay. 1 day touch and go is still fine

Hotel property, location, room, bed, room cleaniness are good, but some of the room services can be better. Few of things you need to ask for reception every time like: complimentary water, complimentary tea, kettle, fresh towel, bathroom warm water(for bath) etc. In breakfast area also, basc things are mot on breafast table like: napkeen(tissue paper, drinking water, salt etc. You need to ask for these things. Food quality is also not good, they served cold paranthas which were not freshly cooked, means they served cold paranthas. They need to improve these things.

Thank you, mr. Mayank, for your warm hospitality and excellent service. Everything from booking to my stay was well handled. The 24x7 taxi service to the airport for just 300rs was so convenient. The staff was prompt and friendly, even bringing tea with a late-night wake-up call. The rooms, bathrooms, and linen were very clean, showing the hotel’s high standards. The location was easy to access by car, and the room rates were very reasonable for the quality offered. I highly recommend hotel shiv-aka inn for its great service cleanliness and affordability. I definitely stay here again!

Value for money.
I visited yashobhoomi. At that time i checked in hotel shiv-aka inn. Though i searched for better hotels but i liked this one hotel. I got a welcome drink at the time of check-in. Rooms was clean and mainly washroom was very clean. Breakfast was very tasty. I am thankful to mr. Mayank. He hosted me well and took care of everything for me. I can say i am loyal guest of this hotel. But one negative thing about hotel is that, this property is not on main road. But it is value for money.

Good stay
It was nice stay. Hotel neat and clean and staff helpful. Location was also good however there was one issue that in rainy season the way to hotel street is dirty.

Excellent Stay
I booked in the last minute but the booking was quick and price was very fair and the room was good. Location of the hotel was also nice and no problem to locate. The hotel staff was very co operative and greeted well. The room was clean, ac was working good overall nice experience

I recently stay at airport shiv-aka inn we have regularly visited. Shiv-aka inn over the past year. The room service has improved greatly, making it very comfortable for meetings. Its central location is perfect for traveling to delhi near airport the hotel is very clean, with polite and professional staff who go above and beyond and 24/7 kitchen offers delicious, high-quality food. Excellent Stay
This hotel is the best in town near airport. Staff is very helpful. I'll surely visit again. It's safe for women, conveniently located on the road with easy access to transportation. Cabs are available. Thanks for the wonderful experience. The food was delicious too. Highly recommend.

Fantastic stay at hotel shiv-aka inn udyog vihar
My recent corporate booking at hotel shiv-aka inn near udyog vihar was fantastic! the rooms were luxury by the location was convenient, and the amenities were just what i needed. Excellent Stay
Best hotel in kapashera recommended for all the staff is very nice, polite and professional which is next impossible to find out in delhi. Whenever i will be in delhi definitely will love to stay there great hospitality also staffs were well trained! nice rooms, extreme hygienic. Near igi airport. Great location everything about the hotel was exceptional. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.
