Review Of The Gold Inn@Walking Distance From New Delhi Railway Station

hotel's location is not good, in map they located on road but it is in deep small street we fed up to locate hotel and its not good property and not value for money , ,who ll give this much money for poor location in deep small street?

Very Roude behaviour of Hotel Manager .Basically mistakenly booked Hotel for 24th instead of 25 th , Then and their called for Date rescheduling , And one mail has come that your date rescheduled without any extra charges , but when I checked in Hotel Hotel Manager charges extra rs 800 for date rescheduling . When I shaw him the mail he was refused to give any room without paying rs 800 . As I am with my family I was not longer this topics and paid rs 800 and checked in the room . Very better experience room was smelling and Bathroom door was not opened due to no locking system was there , when I complained for Bathroom Door lock is not working , room service and Managed siad that we have no option for Bathroom Door lock . I will not recomend any one to stay in this Hotel .

They actually overcharged me. I stayed for couple of hours more than the checkout time and they charged me about ₹800 extra for that. Two hours is like not a good thing so that’s the only thing which was troubling, rest of the things was on an average side

very bad room, foul smell is always in the room. not near the railway station, Rs 250 charged by auto to reach the railway station. Uncleaned room given

8-10 minutes walking distance from new delhi railway station gate no 1, all stuff is in supportive attitude, rooms are clean & perfect for family accommodation. also it is safe and secure for family, value of money.... go for it. thanks for the extreme cooperation.

A very good hotel to stay but no space for parking. Rooms are clean and spacious. I would recommend to go here
