1)The room provided was so pathetic that I need to pay another 1K for another room as ther was no other room availble as per my sellection in in application. 2) Customer care no of Fab hotel was not working. The same no mentioned in MMT voucher.

Room condition is poor, no extra bedding or bed sheets availability, dirty bedsheets and pillow washroom condition is not hyginic and other side balcony is dirty

I had a great time here. The hotel was affordable, and the staff went out of their way to make my stay enjoyable.

third class. asked for additional charges while checking in. they dont accept bookings. I paid additional Rs 2300. Third class room and services. Bathroom was dirty. Drainage of shower area was clogged. Shower was not working properly. Tap was not working at all. While checking in, they asked me to pay extra Rs 300 per day or they will not allow to check-in. Very rude behavior.

Unhygienic room stinky bed sheets and everything across this hotel was unhygienic and dirty . No car parking

I paid full booking amount and I was denied the room at last moment. I was denied 2 hotels. Very disappointed and bad service. I have not got my refund yet. Can someone call me.

Worst hotel ever. Can't even lock the door properly. No cleanliness at all. Not even worth staying here for free.

No towel in the room, even after asking for it they will provide it after follow ups. Same with kettle no kettle in the room and they don’t listen if you request it as well

No heater no tv no tea coffee sets no own restaurant. Only location is excellent. Service is fair.

Hygiene issue and tap not working in washroom and flush was also not working in room 206. There were no tissue roll and basic amenities in the washroom.

1. Rooms were not clean, 2. Door was not locking properly 3. Towel was not provided and when i asked for it they said they don't have today wait till tomorrow. 4. Water bottel they gave when i asked for it. 5. Room was full of bad smell and full of dust 6. Room was full of silan and wall washroom everything was bad quality. Not at all worth to money which i paid

No towel provided even after asking many times, room and barroom not clean, bathroom logged, mattresses in bad shape.
