We booked a suit from MMT orieon express kailash colony when we reached they give us a small room and said hamare yaha to yahi suit hai terrif wasor three persons with breakfast and dinner of that room .Mmt charged me =after discount 🤷🏻♂️

At the time of check-in, they've given me the wrong room key and someone was sleeping at the room. After that they have given me another room. Some short of insects were there we were heavily attacked by them. The bedsheets were stinking. Terrible terrible experience.

The location is good but rest everything is really bad. The rooms are small, and do not fall for the balcony room, there’s no balcony. Rooms are very old, dirty bedsheet and towels. Food is okayish. Definitely not worth the price.

The staff is very friendly and caring. They genuinely take pride in giving guests a good experience. The room service is very fast and super tasty home cooked meal. Must try their vegetable pakora and Dal tadka, exceptional quality.

I recently stayed at this hotel for a short trip. While the overall experience was okay, there were a few things that really need improvement. Firstly, one of the most frustrating issues was with the water supply—at one point, the tap ran completely dry twice, which was both inconvenient and unacceptable. Additionally, trying to reach the reception during this time proved to be another challenge—Phone line not working, which left us with no immediate assistance. Cleanliness was also below expectations. The room and bathroom could have been maintained better, with some areas clearly overlooked during housekeeping. On the positive side, the check-in process was smooth, and the location of the hotel is decent for getting around. But these few positive points were overshadowed by the basic issues mentioned above. I hope the management seriously considers improving these aspects, as they make a big difference in a guest’s stay.

Good Stay
The room was very small, compared to the price i paid, the staff was okay with no issues in the service, but the food can seriously be improved, overall cleaning was good, but i feel it is overpriced a bit even on the menu side, because you can get much cheaper hotels and food anywhere. Not that experience had any issue but it's definitely overpriced. So i'd like to change my overall rating from 4 to 3

Poor Stay
I had a rather unpleasant experience with the customer service at this property. During my stay, I had to order a few essentials via Blinkit, and yes, the deliveries happened two or three times due to necessity. However, the staff seemed visibly annoyed by this. One of them even remarked, “This is the fourth time your packet has come. We don’t have the staff to keep delivering things to your room.” Their tone and attitude were far from courteous, and it made me feel like I was being a burden just for ordering basic necessities. I understand limitations in staffing, but there’s a way to communicate that respectfully. Overall, the experience left a lot to be desired. If you’re traveling for work and expect a smooth, accommodating stay, I wouldn’t recommend this place.
