The place was very unhygienic, bathroom was dirty, basin had spit stains, also walls had the same stains, ac was not working, bedsheet were very very old and mouldy, glasses were dirty, very unhygienic

The hotel was easily accessible, the staff was very cooperative but my god the rooms were in worst possible shape. First room i got has roaches in it, the second room had a graffiti made out of paan. Don't stay if you are a couple or family

I checked out at 3. 40 in the morning i booked ola ride was accepted but the refuse to come, then the staff arranged me a ride and went to the nizamuddin station on time. Staff - 5 star service - 4 star cleanliness according to the - 4 star over all gud experience over all rating 4. 5. I loved staying there, staff were very co-operating, supportive, and caring. soloThe distance between new delhi metro station and this hotel is more than 1 km, the locality is not good as it is a little far from the main paharganj. The hygeine quality of the hotel is average. Room was small but more or less okay i guess if you want to book a 900/day hotel.
