The beds were broken and made cracking sounds. The room walls were disgusting and needed serious maintenance. The door lock is rusty.

The amenities were good, check and check out was good. There was a warm water facility. Clean rooms were there good staff. Good room service as well as food service available for rooms . Good availability of food options as well as service.

it had great experience with Fabhotel chaitanya.The property is situated in prime location.The room was neat and cleaned and so specious.The FO staff is very cooperative and attentive.I would recommend to all Travellers to stayed here. Must visit again.

Terrible Stay
The hotel had filthy linen, stained walls (spitting mark of paan, dirty bathroom flooring, dusty fan and smelly ac. When we asked the hotel staff, they said all rooms are like that and we should take it if we want or leave. I checked-out the same evening after finding an alternate hotel.

I book pakackge with breakfast but no breakfast is given in hotel. Tv are not working properly.

Measures have been taken to ensure that such situations don't recur in future, post your feedback, a repair, and maintenance session has been scheduled for the entire hotel in order to ensure that all the electrical units and mechanical fixtures are working well. Please be assured that such lapses in service will not occur again.

Location and experience
Location was good. But hotel experience was so poor, hotel rooms were so dirty and so smelly. Walls of the room were so dirty and stains were there. Pillow and quilt was also so dirty and smelly. This is my worst experience in a hotel in a delhi. I have never experienced so bad before. Hotel staff was also not cooperative. I called him requested to change my room please but in reply he said in this much amount you will only get this room.

Worst hotel i’ve been to!
No cleanliness, dirty bed sheets, no jet attached to the pot, water leakage in washroom, no tissues or tissue roll, dirty towels. Not a good experience at all.

Horrible stay
I stayed for two days, service was pathetic even pillow cover was not provided despite of asking 4-5 times in 2 days. Rooms were dirty, breakfast was pathetic that's too after asking 3-4 times. Even if you order tea it will take them 3 hrs.

Very substandard hotel, not recommended
Unhygienic, stained linen, no cleaning, not providing any toiletries on top of that, they provided towels with holes! non functional pantry nothing works except ac! will never recommend to anyone
