I had an absolutely awful experience at Hotel Aerosky. The images shown online were completely misleading and nothing like the reality. The hotel management was irresponsible from the very beginning — our room wasn’t even ready when we arrived, and we were made to wait for about 10 minutes just to check in.
The biggest disappointment was the so-called “restaurant.” It was pure fake advertising. There was no restaurant inside the hotel at all. Instead, they took us to a completely different place located 7–9 minutes away on foot, which was highly inconvenient and unacceptable. We couldn’t believe that just to get the food we had already paid for, we had to suffer this level of inconvenience.
The restaurant should be immediately removed from booking websites, and strong action should be taken against such deceptive practices. If not, this deserves a major escalation to protect future customers from such harassment.
