There is nothing in That room as shown toilet r dirty badly bed sheet and pillow stained here and there there is no knee of room given to me 204 Ac water is speeding in all room

everything was terrible. location in crowded market with chicken/ mutton shop adjacent with foul smell whole day. there was no food arrangement and nobody told us that they can arrange it on order. torn bedsheets on torn mattresses, ac just for name , cooling starts only from 8 pm to 8 am. after 3 pm , sun light starts to come into the room and difficult to stay in room till 7 pm. they can't even arrange a dark curtain for this. power back not there , so when a cut is there , you have to leave the room to stay in good condition. broken wash basin with leaking pipe , dirty , oily bucket. staff was polite but they were helpless because they are not a part of the management. So please stay away from here.

so terrifying and cheap hotel. this is not hote this is a home stay in a narrow gali in lajpat nagar. they cut the light of room in night and blame us that this your fault. super management!!!! after complain they threaten us. they send us 10 km to other hotel and third class room with no facilities. book with breakfast not provided singal tea. never book this hotel.

They didn’t provide us a clean room . And even services are bad .AC is not working. And they provide us very bad substitute hotel room. Where they also didn’t gives us morning meal.

unhygienic hotel room and hotel also . air conditioning not working 1 hour wait for room check in . Room not available same hotel transfer to another property due to non availability. All bathroom amenities very dirty totally harassed.

The hotel was full and denied my check in. Then they did arrange me a different hotel whose room condition was poor and unhygenic

It is not like what they show in photos. This is actually a house made hotel. With literally zero aminities. Broken tilet seat, slow fans, useless ac and wholes on bedsheet. Paid for breakfast didnt get anythung. Worst deciesion

The stay is nice and good the rooms are clean the staff is good. Overall nice and pleasant experience
