Worst experience booking in make my trip for the first time

I had the worst experience with make my trip it was the first time that i booked and had the worst experience there was no hotel only with that name out there in the location for 1 and half hour trying to find it and when i called the hotel receptionist they don't even pick up the call instead they cut the call at night 10 o clock tired standing with luggage and all i will really never ever book from make my trip ever

The Hotel was nice, clean and economic. But I would suggest to stay alert when booking this place. There is always a catch in what they promise you. And the Hotel staff is not that much friendly. Happy with MMT services.
