Very expensive food being a 3 star hotel , the food was as expensive as 5 star and tasted terrible . The rooms were very small and not clean and no proper facilities

very bad experience . The staff was friendly and welcoming, but unfortunately the rooms and toilets were not properly cleaned. There was also water leaking from the walls, which made the stay uncomfortable.

I recently stayed at Hotel Star by Star Group, located about 4 km from Indira Gandhi International Airport. Overall, my experience was average, but there were a few noteworthy aspects. On the positive side, the staff was extremely helpful and courteous throughout my stay, which made the experience much smoother. I would also highlight the food quality, which was truly fantastic – both in taste and variety. However, there were some issues that affected my comfort. The air conditioning in my room could not be adjusted, which made it a bit inconvenient. Additionally, a few electric switches were not operational, which should be looked into for better guest convenience. In summary, while the stay was decent thanks to the staff and the excellent food, the hotel can improve on room maintenance and amenities. With these improvements, it has the potential to offer a much better overall guest experience.

I have changed 4 times the room they alotted at first room it was smelling, second room flush not working , third room was changed by them saying another guest is coming in this room , fourth time we had 2 bathrooms for 4 people but 1 doesnt have health faucet and only 1 shower bathroom and no geyser working, and at last water was dripping from air conditioner(ac) at night which made my suitcase wet

Worse experience and not livable with family

The experience at this property is really bad. It's so it's I would say it's more than worse. The family is not able to stay here properly. The bathrooms are not clean, towels are dirty, bed sheets are dirty and we complained about the hotel they did not took any action to fix anything. There is no proper shampoo and conditioner to take any body shower and any basic things are so dirty and then if you walk outside that you can see there is a smoking smell and it's not liveable for a family so we talk to Hotel. They are not responding. Hotel is not cooperating and also not able to give me the refund so definitely this is like zero star hotel will not recommend to anyone. Breakfast was terrible as well and not good experience

We were departing very early in the morning, so as our room rate included breakfast, it was an extra special touch for them to pack breakfast for us to take. Rooms were clean and the air conditioning worked well. Compound it feels very secure and there were lots of interesting people (indian and european) passing through.
