I recently stayed at Hotel Star by Star Group, located about 4 km from Indira Gandhi International Airport. Overall, my experience was average, but there were a few noteworthy aspects.
On the positive side, the staff was extremely helpful and courteous throughout my stay, which made the experience much smoother. I would also highlight the food quality, which was truly fantastic – both in taste and variety.
However, there were some issues that affected my comfort. The air conditioning in my room could not be adjusted, which made it a bit inconvenient. Additionally, a few electric switches were not operational, which should be looked into for better guest convenience.
In summary, while the stay was decent thanks to the staff and the excellent food, the hotel can improve on room maintenance and amenities. With these improvements, it has the potential to offer a much better overall guest experience.
