Good Stay
The stay was pleasant and the staff was very cooperative.

it is mentioned at portal that hotel is 4 ⭐, it is totally wrong, it looks like 2 ⭐. Hotel rooms don't have even cupboards, bags are keeping on floors, no towels (only provided on request), no hooks or hangers for clothes, washroom is dirty, most of the lights not functioning, restaurant is another location (you need to go other building), no tea/coffee at room, etc etc. During booking it was mentioned that complimentary airport transfer but hotel staff denied. Very disappointed.

. its no way what is shown in the photos. rooms are very small and smelly, washrooms are dirty, amenities are poor and food is pathetic. never recommend anyone to stay here.

location is absolutely perfect. it's 10 mins from terminal 1 and a very decent family hotel. I did not order food, so no idea about the food but a good option for a budget stay.

Hotel rooms was has very bad smell, water in sinks and bathroom were not going out properly, blanket and room was not clean, we vacated within a day instead of stay

it's was an excellent experience.., the house keeping superb staff was very kind and supportive. the hospitality and maintenance of room was top notch I like it very much.

clean room and relax
Had an amazing experience. 100% value for money. staff is very helpful. The hotel staff were kind accommodating over it's was a very wholesome experience. great service.

if it is under 1.5 k then ok. other wise choose something else
1)Things mention were not available. 2)Poor cleaning, you can find dust in corners. 3)Very expensive food. 4)Ambience was bad, near by places were terrible 5) Paint was not neat, you can see fungas on ceiling. 6) not value for money. 7) No network in the room.

horrible ex
Upon arrival, I was directed to one elevator and then guided through a lengthy corridor where renovation work was taking place in several rooms. This was not the welcoming experience I had anticipated. After navigating another elevator down a floor, I entered my room, which unfortunately did not meet basic cleanliness standards and appeared quite unkempt.The overall condition of the hotel left me feeling uncomfortable and disappointed, as it did not align with the expectations .

All the staffs were very polite and helpful. The location is great and safe. The stay was good rooms were clean food was awesome Near to station and buss-top easier for travelling. Hotel staff is too responsive

Terrible Stay
Very expensive food being a 3 star hotel , the food was as expensive as 5 star and tasted terrible . The rooms were very small and not clean and no proper facilities

worst hotel ever visite
no electric kettle, bed was not comfortable, nothing was in bathroom. completely terrible

Terrible Stay
very bad experience . The staff was friendly and welcoming, but unfortunately the rooms and toilets were not properly cleaned. There was also water leaking from the walls, which made the stay uncomfortable.

Poor Stay
Washroom shower and toilet jet were not working even after complaining and blanket and room was smelling as well.

Average Stay
I recently stayed at Hotel Star by Star Group, located about 4 km from Indira Gandhi International Airport. Overall, my experience was average, but there were a few noteworthy aspects. On the positive side, the staff was extremely helpful and courteous throughout my stay, which made the experience much smoother. I would also highlight the food quality, which was truly fantastic – both in taste and variety. However, there were some issues that affected my comfort. The air conditioning in my room could not be adjusted, which made it a bit inconvenient. Additionally, a few electric switches were not operational, which should be looked into for better guest convenience. In summary, while the stay was decent thanks to the staff and the excellent food, the hotel can improve on room maintenance and amenities. With these improvements, it has the potential to offer a much better overall guest experience.
