I tried calling multiple times last night. But response, in the end, i had to book another hotel for my stay. Was disappointed with the room quality. It’s completely opposite to the pictures shown The room provided was not up to the standard . Despite informing the staff, the problem wasn’t resolved in time.

I had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Saket 27 during my recent visit to Delhi, and I must say it exceeded my expectations in many ways. The standout feature of this hotel is undoubtedly its fantastic location. Situated in the heart of Saket, it's just a stone’s throw from Max Hospital, which was extremely convenient for my visit. In addition, the hotel is within walking distance of some of Delhi’s best shopping and dining destinations including Select Citywalk Mall, DLF Avenue, and Metropolitan Mall, all of which offer a wide variety of restaurants, cafes, and shops. The rooms were exceptionally clean and well maintained, with a modern yet cozy design. The bed was very comfortable, the linens were fresh, and the amenities provided were more than adequate for a pleasant stay. I also appreciated the peaceful atmosphere within the hotel, despite being in a bustling area of South Delhi. The staff at Hotel Saket 27 were polite, professional, and always ready to assist with anything I needed. Whether it was a quick room service request or help with directions, they were courteous and efficient throughout my stay. Overall, I had a very comfortable and enjoyable experience at Hotel Saket 27. It’s a great choice for anyone visiting South Delhi whether for medical reasons, business, or leisure. I came to this hotel and stayed 3 nights with dinner included I asked them if buffet is available they denied and told me alakart is available whatever i was asking them to bring they were refusing that it’s not included in alakart and they were asking me for payment in the end.
