Very bad service extera charge was demanded from the customer a lot problems were faced in this booking i had to pay 550 extera to the hotel before i was given the room

Our experience for this hotel is pathetic. We waited 2hrs just to checkin the hotel, because they denied to give us room and said these rooms are not available. As we were traveling with kids so requested them allot then they charged us extra money then they provide us rooms. Rooms were dirty even bedsheet were not changed. Bathroom was poorly maintained, no sanitation facilities are available. Ac and doorlock were broken as well. Highly unsafe

The room was not clean at all. They charged me 1000 extra saying we wont give rooms at the rate u booked at mmt. The staff was unprofessional and they did the same with all other guests

Things I faced - 1. denied check in in the hotel I have booked and already paid for. 2. Staff was rude and pathetic and also abusing. 3. Asked extra money and worse hotel with pitty, smelly and bad unsafe environment. 4. Now I just can't believe in humanity and human nature any, I naver thought that for money and greed they can go to this level, pathetic🤯 Worst experience ever😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

Booked 2 suite rooms in this hotel due to its prime location and budget hotel. During checkin, they asked to pay extra 2100 saying tariff showed in mmt was less. I called mm t cc and they checked with hotel authorities. Told to pay now with receipt and mm t will reimburse that amount (thanks to mmt. After waiting 30 min, they gave top floor 1 suite and 1 deluxe room with lift under maintennacne. Ac was not working in both rooms and staff told to wait till night so that they will shift to another room. They repaired ac in deluxe room, but i thought will adjust instead of suite rooms as there were only 7-8 hrs left. No towels and toiletries provided. Every visitors were facing the same issue and it is too crowded due to overbooking. Worst experience. My suggestion is to never book this hotel even if you are looking for budget hotel. Dont select this

As soon as we came to the hotel they showed us the worst possible rooms and asked us if we pay them with extra money equal to the amount we had applied coupon for then we can stay in the room which we booked also we booked a room for 3 people which had 2 beds and was 180 sq feet but the room which we got was the lowest category 120 sq feet with 1 bed. The washrooms were dirty the blankets were dirty, the tv was not working, the service was worst possible. We complained but there was no resolution or even a response. Would not recommend to anyone.
