The location was ok it was easy to find the Hotel. But the room was completely unhigenic. There was fungus all around the wooden tables and chairs even the intercom had fungus on it as it appears it was not at all cleaned for ages.

Complimentary breakfast was from the Menu (one item and beverage) of restaurant and not the usual spread of atleast 4-5 items, juice, beverages in other hotels. Not much Courtesy even after listening to one's concerns / feedback.
