Review Of Hotel City Centre Inn Near Nizamuddin Railway Station

The hotel staff were very accommodative of flexible requests. I was unable to check in on time and they obliged with a late check out time. Additionally rooms were clean and sufficient for a short stay. Great budget option in New Delhi.

Location of " Hotel City centre inn " is very easily traceable. Room is clean lift is available. But the service is poor. Room cleaning is not on a daily basis. The bathroom tap is not up to the mark. Overall rating of room is Good.

The experience was great.Staff was welcoming and friendly.Hotel room and premises were neat and clean.

Rooms were not clean, bathrooms were terrible, food were double the charge on even mrp items, wont get any discounts offered

Room was shown in the picture while booking and at the check in time the room was different and saying that the only room available with us this is unfair

Not a 3 star hotel as mentioned. Water bottle on charges and no toiletry items. Complimentary breakfast was from the Menu (one item and beverage) of restaurant and not the usual spread of atleast 4-5 items, juice, beverages in other hotels. Not much Courtesy even after listening to one's concerns / feedback.

Food is good, location is perfect , but there is issue in cleanliness.. they should take good care about cleanliness..

The hotel manager is a very rude person. There were no facilities provided in the hotel room. The food quality was also poor, and no GST bill was given for the food. The room was very dirty, and the washroom was also unclean.

It was a day booking for me.I required for an extension for 3hrs they changed me for the whole day. Obnoxious behaviour of the reception people.

Nice stay with courteous staff. Comfortable for two days lay over.
