Batra Holiday Home Near Nizamuddin Railway Station

Room was very small hardly one person can roam in room. When we came to room, we were given Bisleri water bottles (no jug was there for regular water) and while paying food bill we were surprised to know these water bottles were chargeable. When we booked Dharamshala there the water was free and here in the hotel it was chargeable.

Room was very dirty, Cattles were dirty,No bath towels

Perfect. This is exactly what needed. Clean and safe. Very responsive and helpful personnel ready to solve any problem.

We had booked 4 rooms, all the rooms were good, the bathroom was clean and neat, with all amenities were provided. The only disappointment was, as mentioned by MMT while booking 'guaranteed 2 hours late check out' not provided at least for a single room, even after the request, which we were really needed.

The hotel experience is very good. The staff is very supportive and professional. Room quality, bathroom quality is good and clean. Hotel food needs some improvement.

The room shown in the pictures are not of satisfaction. Dampness on the wall is present. Finally the room is congested. The cleanliness is good. It appears the bed linens have not changed or may not clean properly. So it's Average.

Hi, the room allotted to us was not cleaned after the other guests checkout, we have to change the bedsheets, pillow covers and even the washroom was used and not cleaned. On complaining the same at the reception and the person was very rude and not ready to listen. As my family was very tired and stayed only 1 night and had to leave early in the morning, so dst complained. It's a very bad experience with that much amount paid. No pics

Batra holiday home is not at all as shown in picture. It’s lodge not hotel with full of seepage. Rooms are dirty including linens. I would never ever prefer anyone to stay there. Staffs don’t know how to talk with customers and even if you having booking they are selling rooms in black. Pic not taken. Photograph not taken

Small room bed is not good

The room was clean ,but bedcovers and pillowcovers were torn and didnt seem clean..also misleading are the includions in make my trip website for this hotel,..it was said that guaranteed two hours early check in and late check out .My train was around 2.30 ..usually the checkout time is 11.am .and according to the website .i could stay till 1 pm .but I was told by the manager of the hotel that it will cost extra after 12.pm

Room is little congested and the mattress is not good i got back pain

Nice stay near to N Railway station approx 1.5 KM .... food nice and service good ...but required few improvement like water bottles , AC condition ...etc

Batra Holiday Home is a very good property. Located near Nizamuddin railway station. The room was clean & the staff was very helpful. Food was good.
