Hotel O The Ken Regency

1-we change two rooms. 1st room seen cockroach 2nd room toilet flush not working. Finally 3rd room is better but heater not working room not cleaned no room service no parking sercice. Terrible to stay with kids. No worth. Please mentioned everything in the description. We stay only at night not used the 12 hours. check in @ around 8. 15 pm check out at 6'0 clock

Extra charge

I had booked 2 rooms in this lodge on 29-07-2023. And when I came to check-in they asked me for ₹600/- extra. But I didn't give and finally they gave me the rooms no.301, 302. The whole room was dirty and smelly. The toilet was very dirty and I almost vomit. my friends were also got the same feeling

The hotel staff are very friendly and the rooms are clean and hygienic i really recommend this place.

Dirty bedsheets, un clean bath room and toilet, no lights on bathroom, cigarette smells around the room, totally unhealthy atmosphere. Also i booked for two rooms through make my trip app and they give only one and they said, if you wish to complain, you can. But on mid night, how to complain. Very pathetic and not advisable

I had booked room through my ****** and paid full amount. I got confirmation that room is booked. After driving 1 hour by car I reached to hotel booked. They said room not available. You can book another room U can speak to make my trip Com. I spend 3 hours in sunny day and spike 2 hours on phone with different custumer care people. They said sorry sir we can not find any room for u . U can get full refund . So finally make my ****** don't hv any policy if hotel owner don't give room to you since he has booked for some people at higher price. Very bed experience. Make my ****** should at least should take some action like dilating that hotel or fine to that hotel. I spend rs 100 petrol , 3 hours and result is zero .
