No Refund: A DisastrousExperience

I'm extremely disappointed with the so-called "Hotel O Home Cozy Stay" at Lajpat Nagar. We booked a room expecting a comfortable stay, but when we arrived, we found out that the hotel doesn't even exist at that location! To make matters worse, the phone numbers provided for contact were unreachable. We tried calling multiple times, but no one answered. It's frustrating that we wasted our time and money on a non-existent hotel. The worst part is that we haven't received a refund yet. We've been trying to contact the hotel/booker for weeks, but there's been complete silence. If you're planning to book a stay at this location, I would strongly advise against it. Be cautious and ensure you research thoroughly before making any payments.
