The hotel is in the worst condition that anyone can imagine. I honestly regret booking this place. All the rooms were extremely dirty and unhygienic, including the washrooms. We even asked them to give us their “best room,” but to our shock, that too was in a terrible state – dusty, smelly, and absolutely unlivable. On top of that, when we reached out for help with a refund, neither the hotel staff nor the team supported us. Instead of resolving the issue, they simply it off, leaving us in this awful experience. This has been of the worst hotel staysI would strongly advise others not to waste their money or peace of mind here.
