Pathetic. Lift not working, Room full of dampness in ceiling and walls. Bathroom dirty. Lot of mosquitoes.

Decent Infrastructure but Pathetic Service
The rooms were decent, neat and clean. The bathroom water had an incident which wasnt resolved for over 4 hours. The water motor was spoilt and then the tap was sending across dirty brown / yellow water. Alternate arrangement of half bucket of hot water was made.

Terrible we left the hotel with in 40 minutes of check in The day was terrible. We left the hotel within 40 minutes. There was no tolls and no basic facilities.

Never trust the hotel pictures or images
I want to share my recent experience with MakeMyTrip to warn others. I booked a hotel in Delhi through their website, and the pictures shown there looked really nice and clean. But when I reached the hotel, the reality was completely different. The place was dirty and poorly maintained. There were holes in the couches, the beds were stained, and the whole room had a strong, unpleasant smell. I didn’t feel comfortable staying there, so I left my luggage for a short while and went out to look for another hotel. Once I found a better place, I returned to collect my bags and checked out immediately. I reported this issue to MakeMyTrip several times. The first time I called, they asked for photos, which I sent from my iPhone. But then no one followed up. I had to call again, and they said they couldn't access the images from my phone, so I sent them again as a PDF. Still, nothing happened. After my trip, I followed up again, and they said they were working on it and would get back to me in 24–48 hours. But later, I received a call saying they wouldn’t issue a refund because of the hotel’s response. I’m very disappointed. This clearly shows that MakeMyTrip doesn’t check the real condition of the hotels they list. The pictures on their website are outdated and misleading. Imagine someone trusting those images only to end up in such a bad place. It was a frustrating experience, and I didn’t expect this kind of service from them.

wrong communication .
I have booked for three person, 2 males and of course me . If its not allowed then it should be mentioned in clear words . So that there should not be any confusion in terms and conditions or policy . After my third guest came they charged for another room for no reason , the third guest is not even entered in the other room.
