Hotel Malbork Inn@ Dilli Haat Janakpuri

The rooms were clean. The location was prime. The staff were courteous. 10/10

Good new room but the lady on the reception was rude, though Kuldeep later was courteous. No smiling face, no wishing, instead a very rude look. Upon checking in at 7pm I am bluntly told without even asking that outside food is not allowed. At arou 8.30 when I call to order dinner, I am told that there's a party going on so they can't serve dinner. When I said so what do I do, they said call from outside. So basically at their whims a guest HAS TO HAVE their food, but then at whims, THEY SUDDENLY ARE NOT SERVING FOOD, then allowing outside food for their own convenience. Breakfast was served in room, no buffet. Hardly any options, horrible parathas with almost no filling. I had breakfast outside.

The hotel is located in a very accessible area. Staff is good and professional. In room dining was very efficient and the food is also top notch. Would definitely recommend this place ! 🙌

Hotel is Excellent, overall experience is good, only problem is with hot water where I cut the 1 point, newly constructed with all the facilities. Restaurant is not available but round the clock food available in room, and food was also decent.

Property was so good . Staff was so humble nature & room were so good bed & interior was lavish.

Horrible stay. They don't provide a shampoo or a standard bath soap or liquid. Need to struggle with having shower as no pressure. The worst dinner and breakfast. Although it's a new property but they don't check whether the taps are working. The rooms described on MMT is not actual. Will never stay back.

It was a very nice day. Very maintained room. Cleaning is up to the mark like we enjoyed very much. Thanks 🙂

House keeping was good. Food was okay. Hotel amenities are good

Very disappointing experience. At checkout, I was told that the bedsheet and pillow covers had blue ink-like stains, which I never noticed during my stay. None of our belongings had anything that could have caused such marks. Despite explaining this, the staff was rude and insisted I pay. Their behavior was highly unprofessional and left a negative impression. I paid just to avoid further argument, but the experience was frustrating and unfair. I’ve never faced such treatment elsewhere. I will not be returning to this hotel and do not recommend it to others.

It was good the staff was cooperative and rooms were also very elegant. And the hospitality was also first class.

After checking out hotel staff called me and embarrassed me on why the bed shirt way dirty and I had a verbal fight with them. This has been the worst stay ever and the hotel manager and other staff had no ethics whether they should call the person who had stayed in the their hotel or not

The property is well located and has posh carpets laid out in the rooms which gives out a premium feel

I booked the stay in Malbork In knowing the hotel is recently opened, the rooms are good, but before you book please note the rooms shown in pic are different and have no window and no balcony and they charge extra for same. the food is good only if you order it from al carte and complementary breakfast have few options 2-3 that also not very good..! do not provide complete toiletries like body wash or proper soap they only provide very tiny soap for bath, donot toothbrush, toothpaste, comb etc.
