We have visited this place many times in the past, and almost every time we thought of raising concerns about hygiene and service. However, we chose to overlook it earlier. But this time, since I booked  I felt it was important to share proper feedback. We generally do not write negative reviews for one-time experiences — but repeated issues over multiple visits have led us to finally speak up.
The hygiene was completely unacceptable this time. The bedsheets and quilt covers had visible marks, and when I pointed this out, the response was simply “it’s just a mark,” which is not acceptable for guests who are expected to use them. The washroom was not properly cleaned and only hand wash was provided — no basic toiletries.
Towels were missing in the room and were only given after multiple requests. The first towel was stained, and the replacement provided was also dirty and even torn. Similarly, the TV was not working properly initially. On top of that, the property had a serious termite problem, and the wooden fittings were in very poor condition, which made the stay uncomfortable.
The service was equally disappointing. Water bottles  with an additional 10% service tax per bottle. When I ordered tea, the cup provided was dirty, and the tea was also not up to the mark.
Overall, the hygiene, service, and facilities have continuously gone down, and this visit was the worst so far. As repeat guests, this is very disappointing, and I cannot recommend this property to anyone anymore.
