Worst stay ever – unsafe, dirty, rude staff and complete mismanagement I had a terrible experience at this hotel. Room safety was a major concern – there was no lock, and the keys were with hotel staff. Cleanliness was poor – dusty room, stained linen, unhygienic bathroom, and no toiletries provided. We ordered food, were made to wait 40 minutes, and then told the order was never placed. To make it worse, they suddenly demanded 30% extra to even provide food worst smanagment of this hotel . The room was so dirty, there was a smell everywhere. we ask to change the room then staff replied all of the rooms are same category nothing to change. and when to leave the room after the 15 minites of checking no one can ask what's the problem they just collect the keys because they what's the condition of the rooms

I can't recommend this stay to anyone at such high price. They do not have clean bedsheets, on insisting for 10 mins to change the bedsheet they got another bedsheet with multiple spots. The washroom was stinking, the table had dust all around, staff isn't polite or supporting, the paint on the wall is coming out bcoz of water seepage. Just not worth the price

The toilets didnt even have proper water or toilet seat. The faucet wasnt working and the staff was not good.

The property location is not easily searchable. The food is very expensive. Safety needs improvement, as the door locking arrangement is not in good condition, and the electrical switches are old and broken.

Bed sheet was torn. Room was smelly. Sink was blocked. Even the menu card was having terrible smell. Although room was big and ac was working.

Location is amazing food also good hygiene and safety also good nice property i will visit again here

Mosquito filled dirty rooms, unhygienic, no proper amenities, not even worth being. Could not even provide a cold water bottle. The worst property.

Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable.

I truly appreciate this hotel and would like to stay here again. I checked in for one night, but i enjoyed the service and the hotel, so i stayed another night.

The rooms have lovely beds and sofas, are really warm, and are roomy. The bathroom has hot water and lots of towels.

Location is dirty, complimentry break fast is only आलू partha for three days, toilets require maintaince. Windows are broken. Lift is not for guests only use to transport luggage. Don't book during marriage season as ground floor is always noisy as marriage parties. No newspaper,

The hotel room was comfortable, and i admired the arrangements and maintenance of the bedroom and bathroom.
