I have been staying at the hotel for a long time means whenever I come to Delhi I stay at this hotel. However this time the AC was not working I called the staff multiple times and even after their attempts it didn’t work. Apart from that there was no other room available to shift too

Unhealthy, un hygienic and unprofessional hotel. The water is dripping and leaking everywhere in the toiler. The toilet seat is broken. Cockroach and insects are there in the room all over.

The stay was really good, the room, corridor, washrooms were in very hygienic condition. The locality is also good. The welcome was very warmly by the reception staff.

Location vise good, easy access to restaurants close by, had to wait for checken even at 2 pm, got the room around 2:30 + washroom was a little messed up, washbasin had some issue. Room service is good, behaviorally + functionally.
