Review Of THE ICS HOTEL @OKHLA VIHAR METRO STATION

Their Hotels are so bad. There is so many cockroaches in the room and in the bathroom also . and their service is also bad.

The hotel I stayed at had cockroaches everywhere on the bed, in the wardrobe, on the table, and chairs. The entire place was unhygienic. Moreover, there was no response on their service number. I had to ask for a water bottle seven times at the reception, but no one responded. Eventually, I had to go out at 12 a.m. to buy a water bottle myself. There was no food option available either. Overall, I had a very bad experience at The ICS Hotel @okhla vihar metro station New Delhi.

Room I've stayed is ok ,clean ,I am satisfied,only breakfast provided rest you have to get from outside .overall good experience first time.ifvthey have their own pantry for Lunch and Dinner it will be better for us who going far away from other state. Rest is ok behaviour and all.

Location is good. If you are foodie than this will be the good option. Rooms are very small, and the bathroom is extra small, and that is the worst part. Need renovation.

Very bad service and poor cleaning.

My stay here was very bad the room size is very small and the price is very high. There was no cleanliness in the room, i would recommend that no one stays here. The rest of the staff here is very helpful and polite.

Its good, rooms and bathrooms are clean. Food is good. Customer service is excellent. There are multiple restaurants near the hotel. And the best part is that the hotel is just in front of the metro station okhla vihar and you'll also get e rickshaws and autos in front of the hotel only.

I checked-in at this property on April 7th but had to leave property after founding the poor/terrible conditions of hotel room. It looks like hotel rooms are not maintenance/cleaned. Dust was on the floor, while turning on AC, literally dust was coming on the bed, room mini fridge was not working and was in bad condition. The mentioned amenities(toiletry kit, dental kid etc) were not provided, I asked for complimentary water while leaving the property the same day. The property manager said there was maintenance work going on but it doesn't look like, if there was anything.

No restaurant, morning breakfast is after 8:30am, poor location. No worth paying

I have booked room in this hotel. However, when i have reached the place, owner of hotel said that they have sold out room to someone else. The person was very arrogant.

No ventilation, zero outside light, suffocating experience, unsupportive staff who don't even get us the water bottle, no proper visibility and many odds.

Very small wash room and room smells like smoking area. Lift was not working and was asked to pull the bags via stracase etc. Not good for family types of stay.

The hotel is ok, maintained. But the bed sheets were not clean. Ac worked fine. There was hot water in the bathroom. But never opt for the room with breakfast - very poor options, cold and tasteless breakfast. Locality is stinky and unbearable. Staff are friendly and cooperative.

Worth the charges, best in the area according to me.

Ic's hotel, delhi stay was terrible. Zero rating

One can only stay if all hotels are booked in this area, i never got my room key due system issue as they said, every time i had to approach reception for master key to open, travel-ling in summer will be a night mare as no room has fan, and a/c in one room was loo loud to have good night sleep another was not cooling, room service very slow to respond, hope they will improve
