Cockroaches in the room. Faulty Basin and Hose. Staff not very hospitable. Breakfast option very limited, though it is supposed to be a buffet.

The rooms were clean and the service was quick. The staff was polite and helpful. Overall it was in a good location.

-Bedsheets & pillows were clean. -There was No bedside light switch.I got up in the night, tripped and fell in the dark.Bruised my elbow! This is a fundamental requirement that one can switch on the light easily at the bedside. - Shower drain was overflowing.

There were cockroaches in the room. Rude staff. There was no towel no water in the room. When I asked for it, room service guy said "ek he mangwalo jo mangawana hai. Room me checkin kia hai to check krlo ek he baari me kya kya chahiye" like this is ridiculous. First of what is this way of talking and if amenities are there in the room, its management's fault not ours.

Worst stay ever lift on 3rd floor is not working AC IS NOT WORKING PROPERLY AND FRIDGE IS ALSO NOT WORKING SO MUCH DISTURBANCE ON THE FLOOR AT NIGHT I HATE IT

It’s was very quite and clean place, bathroom, bedroom and bedsheets were really quite clean. Easy check-in.

The hospitality was not good as compared to shown in profile. The size of the room area was too small it was worthless.

The stay was nice. The staff was courteous. Room is spacious and we'll built. Bathrooms are fine. There is smoke smell, which is very especially for kids and non-smokers. Note sure how does it enter inside from other rooms.

pathetic experience the room is so dirty there was no shampoo handwash and other basic needs i asked them and they provided but this is not professional hospitality. the room is full of mosquitoes and flies they provided me all out for this i mean this is so bad of any hotel atleast they should know that atleast they provide cleanliness and basic amenities.

There is no welcome drink and food order in the room, but he needs payment at the time of order delivered in the room and no waiting for payment and Fall selling light blinking and not working properly and TV remote not working replace after call
