Nice experience due to some mistakes from caretaker got an amazing deal so overall all awesome and nice

As we reached the location which was a street, there was no such hotel and i called the hotel phone number given in the app. Nobody had taken the call. Even customer care was not responding properly. At last we rented a taxi and gone. Mm t need to confirm many things before selecting including hotels so that customers may not get into such difficult situation.

The rooms are great for the price and location. We also got a good deal on the airport transit provided by the hotel, which was on time, both to pick us up and drop us off. The room service was good but a bit slow (but not to the point of inconvenience. There is room for improvement in how the rooms are maintained, like cleaning the a/c (even if not used because as soon as it was turned on there was a bit of a damp smell, putting the right sized bedsheets, etc. The staff was helpful and polite. Check-in/ check out was easy.

Excellent cosy atmosphere, as-well as a pleasant hosts.
