Only location of hotel is good. However, overall experience of hotel is not a value for money whether it is rooms, cleanliness, ambiance, food. Staff is good but are less in numbers, one need to wait for long to get served.

The food i.e. breakfast as well as dinner was good. Services were also good. The staff was friendly.

hotel average not worth the price....water plumbing not done good...water was not getting cleared l...flush not working too

I am happy with my experience at Madhuban. I have stayed here on several occasions and as always the staff makes my stay worth the while. The location is also excellent.

The hotel was overpriced for the amount they charged. While the location of the property is very convenient, the rooms is very average. The walls are too thin and you can practically heat everything that’s happening outside your room. The staff is helpful though m.

Good location. Very good food & services but in twin sharing one expect 2 small towels for face wash etc.

Kettle not clean. Room was not cleaned after 1st day. No moisturiser or dental kit in room. Staff are friendly. But that's all.

Stinky room& corridors, old building, staff was very unprofessional, completely useless hotel, even if hotel will not charge for the stay i’ll not stay, won’t recommend at all

The staff at reception was courteous and polite, the check in was seamless, the helping staff at entrance and inside was prompt and on arrival handled my luggage immediately and willingly l. Room service and food was excellent. In buffet breakfast though it was good they should have more variety. The check out was quick. Overall my stay was comfortable and pleasant.

Lift was not working, water heater was not working and a very casual approach by front desk staff. Booking was for 2 days, checked in at 4 am in the morning but they were adamant that we should check out before 11 itself. Help boys are peeping into the room and asking questions which are more like a treat. Felt very insecure. Food was ok so as the room. It is the people who make the change

Property location is very good and convenient. Food is great. Specially the north indian cuisine. Staff behaviour is very polite and good. Overall i can recommend this hotel for a good stay.

The room is in a terrible condition. The bedsheet is dirty with stains and and bed is torn from corners and the flooring of the room is broken. I requested for a room change but initially was denied saying they were sold out but later on after talking to mm t they changed the room and it was suddenly available. The towels in the bathroom were torn as well.

The hotel needs to improve with the repairs and bathtoom fittings. It looks like not proper care has been taken since long. Upgrade needed by hotel. 3rd time now i stayed but still not improved. Not recommend as many other new hotel as same price available and that too in neighborhood.

Overpriced. Property is old. Fitting are rusty. Ac drain water is flowing through hall and restaurant. Replied papad and carrots are out of stock when ordered. Waste of money. Don’t stay here.

Very disappointed and horrified stay . Highly priced. Very old and ill managed property. Rooms were smelly. Bathroom fittings were rusty and no hot water on my departure time 4 am. Waste of money . Can you believe They don’t have Papad and carrot when ordered. Avoid booking this property

The property's prime location is a significant factor in my frequent stays here. However, during my recent visit, i noticed the property could benefit from the management's carrying out the required maintenance as soon as possible. The staff remains helpful and courteous, and the food and service are consistently good. Thank you.

Room was too small and also filled with waste water in morning.
