There is no hot water facility,their is no cleaning the beds and rooms. Very poor quality response from hotel staff.

Excellent and very warm welcome by staff. Quick response to all the problem and no complain very good

Lift wasn't working.. there were no electric kettles available for every room and service was slow.

pathetic experience,no electricity for whole night they don't have power backup,least cleaning. Also I have booked there superior room with balcony but when I reached they are not occupancy in those room as manager sold those room

My room was well-equipped, spacious, and beautifully decorated. The bed was remarkably comfortable, ensuring a restful sleep. I also enjoyed the well-maintained and clean bathroom with a good selection of toiletries staff to good mr vinay specifically

worst ever anyone can have. it's not a hotel it's Dharmshala. we checked in on 11th morning n checked out in evening. toilets in Sulabh sauchalay is better then the hotel. chewing points, TV, geysers nothing working. unfortunately I TRUSTED MAKEMYTRIP. BUT THE INFORMATION PROVIDED BY U WAS ABSOLUTELY MISGUIDED. NO RESTAURANT. NO ROOM SERVECE. I WILL SAY U MMT MUST BE ASHAMED OF SELLING SUCH PROPERTY ON YOUR PLATFORM. Poor room mobile towel no signal in the room, TV, water greaser not worked not happy on my stay

No bottled water. No tea.No kitchen. For 2 slice bread Rs.300 . NoTV. No internet in 4th floor. Better you refund 50% charge to consider makemy trip again. Confirm refund within 2 days . Do not keep asking for feedback.

First room AC IS making huge noise then change my room washroom was not neat. And water in bathroom taste sour we can’t keep in mouth recieved breakfast @ 9 30 they don’t have breakfast facility and they provide from local market nit worth for the money

Service level was too poor , handset telehone wire was disconnected . Ample number of power cuts. Side bed trolley had mini coachroach on it. Food service just worst

The hotel is good but It could be better if the pillow covers and bed sheets are changed after every use.

Best hotel and sarvie in good

I had a very comfortable and pleasant stay at hotel krishna tower. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities. The staff was extremely courteous, polite, and always ready to help with a smile specially brijesh and ramu the little champ. Highly recommend.

Price is equal to service. Staffs are too good, specially one little champ. Cleanliness is also good. Recommended for budget friendly.
