Review Of Hotel Poonam International

it was delhi we don't trust to book directly through hotels, so obviously as always we trusted blindly and booked this hotel poonam international, as per our budget ... but the stay was way horrible ... 1. the reception staff was way too arrogant and not interested in anything 2) the room size is similar to our kitchens in mumbai, no space to move around 3) the room cleanliness was not to thr mark 2/10 ..... 4)the furniture is broken and old. 5) the linens were not clean and washed 6) most horrifying is when you return back in evening back to your room, you see small baby cockroaches and mom cockroach moving around in room and bathroom, such a shitty thing...my dgtr refused to go washroom bcaz of cockroaches 7) stains of paan spitted on wall 8) most disgusting....there is a super stinky ell on bathroom all time specially more in night 🤮🤮🤮. 9) there is zero ventilation in washroom and also room, so the stinky smell from other floor washroom etc come to our bathroom , we got room freshners to keep our room breathable 🤦🏻‍♀️. *please remove this hotel so that others don't suffer and have this *terribly bad experience ...i would never ever stay here even for free .... i was in room 202. baby cockroaches

Telivision is not working and mobile network is not good please

The manager is illiterate, He doesn't know how to talk with customers. Service is zero. Rooms are dirty and there is no cleanliness in Hotel. So I suggest everyone not to stay in this Hotel, As u will save your money if you don't go to this Hotel. Thanks

Hotel Poonam was more than I have been expected each and everything was top of the level Fantabulous servicing.

Rooms are small and with out window suffocating, kitchen is not available but they provide sufficient food. Cleaning staff is not good, they clean bathroom as well as room with a single mopping, bathroom are very dirty.
