It’s a hourly hotel for third class couples. All rooms are dirty, with filthy things on bed sheets dustbins and washrooms

The room is not the way it was shown.

I was booked hotel and that hotel name is-reason in gk 1, c193 third floor and my room number was 304 there was no tv no telephone, bathroom was very dirty and no tawel, that hotel not for family person stay, this hotel is some other way for using hourly. I told them to change my room but they didn't and i call make my trip and make my trip tray to call them then hotel owner said customer laying. So really this hotel is horrible and please do not go to this hotel

Rooms were under construction there were leaking roofs and no lights in the washroom. Pitch black. House keeping came after asking 3/4 times in the same time. We were promised the get our rooms changed twice at the time of checking in but had to manage in the same room for whole stay. Also they refuses to have a spare key to rooms. Sheets were stained or burned. I wouldn't go again until l reconstructed
