Poor Stay
It was not having 2 star standards. The electric kettle in our room was not clean and had residue of coffee used by previous visitors. There were no soap or amneties in bathroom. AC was not working properly. We were only been provided with drinking water for the first day only, second day, bottles were not replaced. Only advantage was that the hotel was situated near to Panickers travel office (our travel organiser). But Panickers would pick you up from any other place had you even stayed anywhere within city limits. We paid 2400 rs/ day for the room. But the rooms were not upto the standards of the price given

One of the best hotels to stay for corporates

Worst stay in delh
First and foremost, the location of property is worse, car cannot go inside the approach road due to heavy traffic and shops on either side of the road. Secondly, the property is not as per that standard to accommodate family. Probably, it is suitable for low level bachelor's who doesn't care about cleanliness of the place. Lift was getting stuck frequently, internet is weak, tv did not operate for one day. Worse part is flies were there in our room as we were given top floor. We ordered food only for one time as we were tired from sightseeing, one of my kid found a small cockroach inside fried rice which we have informed to hotel staff.

Good Place to stay
soloJad booked for one day, but needed a few more hours which was allowed on an additional payment. Have a suggestion that in such cases 1/4 th only should be charged for an additional stay of 5-6 hours instead of charging half the rent. For more than 6 hrs half the rent is ok. Staff very pleasing, cooperative and have a smiling face, which is very positive.

Rooms were not properly maintained
Rooms were not clean no proper lights were there infact asked to change the room but they denied. Also there was some kind of smell in the room

Quality decreases day by day
I have been taking room here since one year when i come to delhi but by day by day the quality is decreasing they haven’t filled shower gel dispenser and towels are not there we need to ask for that and even i asked help to lock the door the staff was like ‘you should use brain its easy ‘ its not the way to deal with the customer poor service from them

Excellent Stay
Warm welcome was there luggage though one bag was carried by room boy. Room was neat and clean, with water bottle, tea coffee as well clean towel soap, shampoo. Billing was clear, breakfast was good i liked the hotel will continue to stay, during my future stay.

familyVery well behaved staff - professional and helpful. Room was good enough with all basic amenities. A mini fridge was especially helpful to keep cold water. Ac was working fine. The bathroom area was good too, with a mini fan which was cool. Situated in a busy market area of karol bagh, just minutes walking from metro. Several places for eating and shopping around where you stay. Overall, great stay at an excellent bustling location.
